At our store, we strive to provide high-quality natural herbal products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items damaged due to improper handling

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
